HELP, Hole in Exhaust manifold

I'm doing a EGT gauge install, drill for thermocoupler and realize I ain't got no tap for new hole.

I need truck in the morning.Anyway to tap for thermocoupler without Tap. Or can I drive with hole in top of exhaust with temp plug till I can get to Hardware store. Any help greatly appreciated!! James
