six speed gone bad

1999 3500, six speed , toasted the bearing between the imput shaft and the main,,,killed the 5-6 syncro, and retainer housing, ... only has 83k on it , and it ,,,,,, was lo on fluid...maybe had a quart in it.....
Reverse shaft collar is galled and lots of metal all around....
Any imput on repair ,, would be help FUlLLLL
