Lost My Turbo!!! (Long. Sorry, really really sorry.)

In February I saw a classified for HX35/40 hybrid listed by a "TDR Member" named Chris Rudd. Checked his postings and sent a couple emails back and forth. Everything seemed legit so I sent him a PayPal on March 8th.

On the 14th a got a message from UPS that said: "This message was sent to you at the request of CHRIS RUDD to notify you that the package information below has been transmitted to UPS. The package(s) may not have actually been placed with UPS for shipment. To verify when and if the shipment is tendered to UPS and its actual transit status, click on the tracking link below or contact CHRIS RUDD directly. Scheduled Delivery: 16-March-2004 "

The 18th Chris sent me an email that said he was out of town and his girlfriend would ship it the next day. That was last Friday.

Still no turbo. The ad is gone from the classifieds and I can't find any of his postings.
