Brake Cable

Emergancy brake cable locked up and caused brake failure. Any one know where I can get a replacement other than the Dealer.?
Truck on blocks

Right side rear cable pinched at top of centerchunk by the RWAL braket. So what I need is the cable from the pull point to the backing plate on the passanger side.
