lost my tire going down the road help please

I Just lost my tire and rim going down the road about 20 , I thank God It wasnt 60 ,I managed to get the tire back on however its missing 4 lug studs and I only found 4 lug nuts and after bending the studs back straight then the tire went back on plus my brakes look like a little is missing can I drive this and how far to get it fixed or should i have it towed thank you
