Radio Research, Ltd. designs and builds custom solid state radiator fan controllers.

40 amp Auto Cool II - 85 amp Auto Cool 85-A, Auto Cool III 125 amps, Auto Cool III-GI 80 amps at 24 volts.

They are called Auto Cool Radiator Fan Controllers.

The closed loop system monitors the OUTFLOW port of your radiator and sets the fan RPM to control the temperature.

It uses pulse width modulation or PWM to control the RPM of the fan or fans.

NO more over heating in slow or stalled traffic.

NO more over heating towing loads up steep mountain roads.

More horse power when the traffic light turns green.

Have positive engine temperature at last.

The radiator temperature will be lower than the engine temperature to give the thermostat head room.

No more relays blowing out or welding closed that puts the fans into high full RPM.

Starting fan motors from a dead stop is a relay killer with high in-rush current.

Avoid temperature and pressure peaks in your cooling system.

No program to set up or worry about - just install and drive.

Auto Cool controllers have soft start to avoid high in-rush DC currents.

When you start the motor cold the fan or fans will not start - saving energy.

When the motor and radiator starts to get warm to hot, the fan or fans will start spinning.

Auto Cool can driver more than one fan to its rated current.

Be sure that you know the fan current at full RPM before ordering.

At freeway speeds, the fan or fans should be at or close to zero RPM with high air flow.

No more fans switching on and off driving you nuts.

No probes stuck into the cores of the radiator to cause leaks from vibration over time.

No metal tubes to break and have a controller failure.

No more REPLACING fan clutch systems - those days are over.

Avoid sending your truck or car to the shop to replace the head gaskets or a new motor.

We supply the controller and sensor - you supply the fans and wire.

Be sure to inform us if you have a PLASTIC RADIATOR for the special sensor.

No connector to get damaged or bent pins.

The terminals are very easy to read - even year later.

Mount Auto Cool under the hood or under the dash to hide it.

AUTO COOL CONTROLLLERS ARE MADE IN THE UNITED STATES.

AUTO COOL CONTROLLERS ARE SOLD WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY.

That's a lot of drain on the batteries. In the past electrics couldn't cool our diesels, down smart to do 24v . I know technology changes and what we have works . Will have to check this out
